Austin began his career in finance by structuring funding for a team of real estate investors in Southern California, navigating both acquisition financing and development of capital tranches tailored to deal-specific risk and return profiles. Since 2020, he has helped early-stage founders, real estate professionals, and growth-driven business owners secure over $25 million in approved capital through expert application of entity structuring, credit engineering, and compliance-based lender readiness. His knowledge spans credit-based business lines, business term loans, revenue advances, private lending, and asset-backed financing.
Today, Austin is a recognized authority in private credit systems and leads a growing network of more than 200 capital partners, fintech lenders, and private investors, positioning qualified clients for scalable approvals through efficient capital systems and direct private credit access.
Austin grew up in Metro Detroit, Michigan and earned his finance degree with honors from Morehouse College. He began his journey as quarterback on the Morehouse football team, before transitioning his focus to real estate and capital markets. During his time at Morehouse, he was named to multiple Dean’s Lists and inducted into several National Honor Societies. Bringing competitive discipline and executive structure into each deal, Austin serves as the chief architect behind A.D.
